Shipping Policy

All shipments are sent to the address that you provide during the checkout. Please ensure to give a correct and up to date address to prevent any delays or issues with your package.

All items will be shipped within 1 - 3 business days from the day of your purchase. We will contact you if there is any delay where we cannot have your item shipped in our expected time.

US Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping for all US orders. Customers are welcome to choose and pay for priority shipping during their checkout should they want their package sooner.

International Shipping

We are more than happy to ship internationally to all approved countries! At this time, all international orders  will ship via USPS and rates will vary by country. You will see the rate during the checkout processes for international shipping fees.

Please keep in mind that Just Jassi LLC is not responsible for customs fees, delays, lost or issues related to international orders as they are not trackable from the USA. It is the responsibility of the customer to track and follow up with their package from their home country and work with their own postal service and custom agents. By providing an international shipping address, the customer agrees to be responsible for and track lost or delayed shipments in their home country.

Return Policy

If our customer is truly 100% unhappy with their purchased item, we do offer refunds and request that the defected item be returned back to us. Refunds and returns are offered up to 7 days from the day that the product was delivered to the customer. Please contact us for any returns and we will provide you with a shipping address to send the item back to us. We will not pay for new shipping costs for returned items. Shipping charges are to be paid by the customer when returning any item to Just Jassi LLC. Contact Us for any returns.

We do not offer refunds and/or returns for any missed booked services (Yoga, Life Coaching, Reiki).
