Service Description
Before you keep reading...STOP! Take 3 breathes....then keep reading... Ok, just as easy as that! This class includes a gentle vinyasa yoga flow that is great for anyone at any part of their journey. This class helps to get a gentle stretch and create space for peace, love and gratitude. This is great for all beginners being that this will be a slow and gentle class, but of course, everyone is welcome! Yoga Type: Yin (deep stretch where poses are held 2-5mins each) Time: 1 hour (45min hatha flow/ 15 min deep relaxation meditation) Props: None (optional: yoga blocks, yoga bolster/pillow, yoga strap, yoga blanket) This class is great for ALL level students, whether you're a beginner or advanced in your practice, you can find benefit for this class. What's more important, regardless of what level you are on, is to listen to your body. Even the most advanced set of students will differ in their practice due to their unique physical makeup and mindset! Please sign up for class at least 3 hours before class begins. ***Please also sign the health waiver BEFORE class begins*** This is a virtual class via Zoom. Link will be sent after signing up! I look forward to class with you! :) Please feel free to have yoga blocks and straps if needed! They are fun to use as well especially if you're looking to increase your flexibility a bit! All classes do begin with meditation to help us focus on the theme and goal of the class so with that being said...I look forward to you joining our class!
