Service Description
Take some time out for yourself today because baby, you deserve this! This class is all about love! The love that we show to ourselves and others! Something that is so important on so many different levels and I would like to help bring awareness to acts of love via yoga! Please join me and lets show our mind, body and spirits some love! Yoga Type: Yin (deep stretch where poses are held 2-5mins each) Time: 1 hour (45min hatha flow/ 15 min Self Love Guided meditation) Props: None (optional: yoga blocks, yoga bolster/pillow, yoga strap, yoga blanket) This is great for any beginner (looking for a challenge) and all intermediate level yogis! This is a fun action packed class, expect to sweat a little :) What's most important, regardless of what level you are on, is to listen to your body. Even the most advanced set of students will differ in their practice due to their unique physical makeup and mindset! Please sign up for class at least 3 hours before class begins. ***Please also sign the health waiver BEFORE class begins*** This is a virtual class via Zoom. Link will be sent after signing up! I look forward to class with you! :) Please feel free to have yoga blocks and straps if needed! They are fun to use as well especially if you're looking to increase your flexibility a bit! All classes do begin with meditation to help us focus on the theme and goal of the class so with that being said...I look forward to you joining our class!
