Service Description
Life is meant to be ENJOYED! We are MEANT to be happy beings living in our divine purpose! Happily doing work that we are passionate about and anything else that truly nourishes the soul. This class is a reminder to do that, celebrate life! Have fun! Take off the serious hat for the next hour with me, remembering how the present is a gift! Yoga Type: Hatha (Slow and Gentle Vinyasa Flow) Time: 1 hour (45min hatha flow/ 15 min deep relaxation meditation) Props: None (optional: yoga blocks, yoga bolster/pillow, yoga strap, yoga blanket) This class is great for beginner to intermediate. Slow to medium paced yoga class (not fast paced at all, we're here to have fun and go with the flow). Looking forward to you joining me for a playful fun yoga class! Please sign up for class at least 3 hours before class begins. ***Please also sign the health waiver BEFORE class begins*** This is a virtual class via Zoom. Link will be sent after signing up! I look forward to class with you! :) Please feel free to have yoga blocks and straps if needed! They are fun to use as well especially if you're looking to increase your flexibility a bit! All classes do begin with meditation to help us focus on the theme and goal of the class so with that being said...I look forward to you joining our class!
