Service Description

Express gratitude for what we wish to have NOW! Express gratitude for times of self care and love! Express gratitude for your breath! Express gratitude for...WHATEVER you are grateful for in life! There is an endless list of things to be grateful for. In today's world, it is so easy to be distracted with events that can cause us lose sight of what we are truly grateful for. Again, that is many things and whatever you are grateful for, meet me on the mat and lets express that together with the rest of our virtual community via yoga! Yoga Type: Yin (deep stretch where poses are held 2-5mins each) Time: 1 hour (45min hatha flow/ 15 min deep relaxation meditation) Props: None (optional: yoga blocks, yoga bolster/pillow, yoga strap, yoga blanket) This is great for all level yogis! Please sign up for class at least 3 hours before class begins. ***Please also sign the health waiver BEFORE class begins*** This is a virtual class via Zoom. Link will be sent after signing up! I look forward to class with you! :) Please feel free to have yoga blocks and straps if needed! They are fun to use as well especially if you're looking to increase your flexibility a bit! All classes do begin with meditation to help us focus on the theme and goal of the class so with that being said...I look forward to you joining our class!
